She began her coaching journey at a young age by training & giving lessons to young and rising competitive athletes in softball. This also led her to train talented gymnasts. After hanging up the cleats and jerseys, it started to slowly take a toll on her identity in which she decided to join CrossFit in 2017 and hasn’t looked back. She’s learned you not only reach new peaks physically, but mentally as well. Her goal is to train and develop you into being the best version of yourself (in all aspects) while also instilling that same sense of drive and passion for fitness and success in both the sporting world & daily life.
