What brought you to IKS? Looking for a new gym and trainers. Friend, Mark and Jen were going here and really enjoyed it.
What made you stay? They people that work at Iron Keel and the people that go. It’s like a family.
How long have you been with IKS? Don’t know exactly, but over a year.
What are some your goals? Have they been met? To get in better shape for outdoor activities outside of the gym. I believe that this has been achieved. I think at the end of this friendly competition that I’m in, I’ll be in the best shape I’ve been in a long time.
Best lifts? Probably squats.
Benefits you have noticed? Any changes to brag about? In the last two months I’ve lost 15.5 lbs of fat and kept my muscle mass the same. All this with just having shoulder surgery just 5 months ago.
What do you do out there in the real world? I work behind a desk, but like to surf, snowboard and mountain bike as much as possible.
What’s your favorite workout? Starting to like the Cindy.
What is your biggest IKS accomplishment? I would say the shape I have got into in the last two months after surgery.
