We’re excited to announce our Get Fit 6 Week Challenge! We don’t care where you’re starting from, only that you try your hardest and finish the 6 weeks. This challenge is designed to put you on the path to a leaner, happier, and more confident you. The challenge will consist of 3 full workouts per week, with each class being 1 hour long.  You will be led by our staff of enthusiastic coaches all the while being in a fun, upbeat atmosphere. We’ll also be providing a nutritional meal plan, put together by our registered dietitian. SPACE IS LIMITED – so apply today!

No experience required. All fitness levels welcome!


  • Must be willing to attend 3 classes per week. Each class will be one hour long.
  • Must enjoy working in a group environment.
  • Must be willing to take before and after photos and measurements.
  • Must commit to the entire 6 weeks. The first week is brutal. We need challengers who will be here at the end to reap the benefits of their hard work.
