What brought you to Iron Keel Strength?
The reason I came to Iron Keel Strength is Because I was tired of being over weight. My self-esteem was entirely low and I knew it was time for a change.
How long have you been with Iron Keel Strength?
I have been apart of Iron Keel Strength since I’ve started the New You Challenge on In February.
What are some your goals? Have they been met?
My goals are to lose 20 pounds, get toned, and learn how to proper use the weights.
My best lifts was the 215 deadlifts.
Benefits you have noticed? Any changes to brag about?
Since I have been a member, I’ve lost 12 pounds and I absolutely love it. My body feels a whole lot better.
What do you do out there in the real world?
I am a Rehab Clinician . I work with members to identify and achieve rehabilitation goals. My line of duties work can become very stressful at times. I love to sleep, shop, and coupon during my free time.
What’s your favorite workout?
I do not have a specific work out. I just show up and listen to my team motivate me.
What is your biggest Iron Keel Strength accomplishment?
My biggest Iron Keel Strength accomplishment is when I did a deadlift of 215 pounds. I was so scared that I wasn’t going to be able complete
