Cross Training is a strength and conditioning program that consists of varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength and conditioning. Cross training will help you optimize physical competence in each of the ten components of fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, speed, agility, balance, and accuracy. By combining these skills at high intensity through interval training (HIIT), Cross training has successfully delivered results at every level.
We believe that skills should be practiced regularly, both in a workout and as a separate component within the session. The movements we use are not generally taught in regular gyms. They require dedicated instruction and the proper facility to accommodate them. We offer quality coaching, correcting, attention to form and specific instruction on how to move safely and efficiently. We understand that dynamic stretching, static stretching, foam rolling, and warm ups/cool downs all have a special importance. The combination of these practices will lead to fewer injuries, confidence and faster gains.
