Although we love Cross Training and the community atmosphere it provides, we realize that everyone’s goals are different. Personal goals can range from building muscle, fat loss, wanting more energy, or just an overall feeling of wellness. Not only do people have different goals, but everyone’s body reacts differently to different fitness programs and nutrition plans. This is why we offer custom fitness programs for our members.

After your initial inquiry, we will set up a meeting for you to discuss your goals with a member of the coaching team. We realize that any new experience can be daunting and a personalized program shows that Iron Keel recognizes this and wants you to succeed on your journey. You will become faster, stronger and more confident with each workout. You will come to find there is a difference between soreness and actual pain. If you think about it, you have to start somewhere no matter what your goal or chosen work out is.

We will give you the opportunity to unleash your restrictive movement and do things that you haven’t done in years. Play on the rings and the pull up rig, practice handstands, bear crawls, frog jumps, and lateral hops. Grab an agility ladder and play hopscotch with it. Stimulate your mind and your body’s response to it.
