The Fitness Industry has been a huge part of my life for over 9 years and counting. My athletic background includes mixed martial arts, boxing, wrestling, competing in Jiu-Jitsu tournaments and cage fighting. Along with competing I trained all aspects of the sport to both group classes and private sessions. Having extensive training in powerlifting and body building I was also given the chance to participate in competitive body building during this time.
In 2015 I was introduced to the sport of CrossFit. Not knowing what I was getting myself into, I tried out a local box where I met Coaches Danny & Pam. Coming from the aggressive world of full contact fighting, I definitely underestimated the world I was entering. Within my first class I was quickly humbled by all those running circles around me and instantly knew I had found a new love. For the past two years I have been competing in Crossfit & fitness competitions and was presented with the amazing opportunity to coach CrossFit. I immediately took advantage of the opportunity and have since been coaching Crossfit and strength & conditioning professionally. My objective is to help grow this awesome “community” CrossFit has created and help all athletes reach their fitness goals and aspirations.
